Sustainability reporting is crucial to provide stakeholders with the information necessary to understand a company’s impact on sustainability matters, as well as how such sustainability matters affect a company’s development, performance, and position.

Companies may disclose said non-financial information on voluntary basis, but – particularly within the constantly evolving EU legal framework (e.g. NFDR, CSRD) – the number of entities required by law to mandatorily prepare and publish sustainability reports is growing and is expected to grow over time.

Through our ESGtoolkit_logo.svg, we help our Clients in the assessment of their positioning with respect to the relevant sustainability matters and in the evaluation of their improvements over time.

Based on the above information, we also counsel them in the preparation of a strategic sustainability plan and in the drafting of the sustainability report in line with applicable regulations and the industry best practice.
